Spiritually, a leper in a dream can suggest that we are having to deal with a moral dilemma that takes us away from compassion and caring. This image is less prevalent today as such diseases become more treatable. If we are caring for a leper we need to attend to those parts of ourselves we consider unclean, rather than trying to dispose of them. If the leper is offering us something, it may be that we have a lesson to learn about humility. To dream of a leper suggests that we are aware of some aspect of ourselves that we feel to be unclean.
